'Then and Now@TSTE'Category

'Shining Festive@TSTE' Category
You have to upload a photo of TSTE Festive Illuminations taken this year on your Facebook account. Photo must be posted publicly with the hashtag #tstepda40th, #tstelighting40th, #tste2022, #尖東燈飾40年

•	Each participant is allowed to participate both groups and submit more than one photo and ;
•	Submission Period: from 29 November 2022 to 2 January 2023;
•	Tsim Sha Tsui East Property Developers Association will decide the winners ;
•	Participant can join only one category of photo contest or both, only upload the photos on separated post with correct hashtag
•	The organizer has the right to delete or not to publish photos under special circumstances including but not limited to: 1. Photos with insulting or provocative meanings; 2. Photos that are libelous or harassing or advocate harassment of another person; 3. Uploading false, forged, fabricated facts, malicious speculation or misleading content; 4. Using abusive language, obscene or offensive photos; 5. Photos that are irrelevant to the featuring topics.

Other Terms & Conditions:

•	All entries are non-returnable;
•	The organizer reserves the right to reject any entries. In case of any dispute, the decision of organizer shall be final;
•	All works of the entrants must be original works. Photos that have been announced or participated before in other events will not be accepted. Applicants will undertake the sole responsibility for claims or complaints by a third party incurred with the pictures they submitted or the pictures used, displayed, shown by the organizer;
•	All the submitted works are the property of the organizer and its representatives of the contest, and will not be returned. For any loss, transmission delay and error of the works, the organizer will not be responsible;
•	All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products and services;
•	Staff and family members of the organizer and sponsors are not eligible to enter the contest;
•	All prize winners will be notified on or before 31 January 2023.

Adjudication & Judging Criteria:

•	Judging criteria includes Collectible Value, Representativeness of Tsim Sha Tsui East, Photography Skills, Aesthetic Composition and etc
•	Winner of “The Most Liked Photo”under the 'Shining Festive @ TSTE' Category will be selected from the finalists through online voting.
•	The decision of the Tsim Sha Tsui East Property Developers Association will be final.
